What Does a STEM School Partnership Look Like?

Partnering with industry professionals, community leaders, and other supporters helps Pi STEM to provide a more engaging and authentic learning experience for our students. Building a relationship with the Project Impact STEM Academy also allows your organization to have a hand in preparing Idaho’s future workforce. We encourage partners come from diverse backgrounds and from a variety of industries. There are many ways that we can partner with you to achieve our goals. Here are just a few examples:
  • Guest speaking in a classroom (virtually or in-person)
  • Volunteering at a student event, including: STEM Nights, College & Career Fair, and Student Project Expos.
  • Mentoring a student during a job shadow or internship experience.
  • Supporting a class project or creating a design challenge for our students that benefits your work.
  • Sponsoring a student program, such as First Robotics (First Lego League Discover, First Lego League Explore, First Lego League Challenge, or First Tech) or our 4-H programs.
  • Donating to a program, course, or Annual Fund.
  • Serving on the Pi STEM Board of Directors or on a committee, such as our Business Advisory Council.
